Reformer Flow

Get ready for a contemporary Pilates flow with our most foundational class. You’ll spend the hour on the reformer but don’t be deceived…spice will be added with props and the twisted creativity of our instructors! All levels welcome! All movements can be modified to fit each participant’s particular needs.

tower

You eye it all week while on the reformer…the tower is the star in this unique class. Part mat Pilates, part trapeze table, the tower is fun challenge that will offer a whole new experience for some of your favorite Pilates exercises. It’s like a playground, but for adults. All levels welcome! All movements can be modified to each participant’s particular abilities.

Booty Burn

No experience required, max. 8 people

Boot camp, but for your glutes…Glute Camp if you will. Legs will shake, booty bands will be used, and the perfect peach will be achieved. Curse us now, thank us later. All levels welcome but a good Pilates/fitness base is ideal. Just starting out and ready to dive in anyways? Don’t stress, our instructors will tailor everything to your individual level!
