My style: Athletic, light springs with a focus on muscular endurance and perfect form. Expect anything from Dr Dre to Lil Kim in my class to distract from the pain 🤪

My style: I’m classically trained but over the years have added contemporary and rehab based exercises from my physical therapy background. I love a good flow and oblique work (who loves to hate a side plank!?). I love playing any song by Khalid for the vibes!

My style: a unique blend of functional movement and contemporary techniques, grounded in a classical background. strong focus on helping clients achieve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through mindful movement and proper alignment. Go to playlists include Rufus Du Soul, and any 90s/2000s hits!

Brining an athletic style with lots of classical influence.

A dancer who found pilates as a way to connect with her body after several hip surgeries! Iailey brings great energy and choreography to her flows.

I bring calm, positive energy to every class while keeping workouts fresh, dynamic, and challenging. With a focus on form, creative combinations, and motivating encouragement, I help my clients feel strong, accomplished, and inspired!
