My style: I’m classically trained but over the years have added contemporary and rehab based exercises from my physical therapy background. I love a good flow and oblique work (who loves to hate a side plank!?). I love playing any song by Khalid for the vibes!
My style: a unique blend of functional movement and contemporary techniques, grounded in a classical background. strong focus on helping clients achieve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through mindful movement and proper alignment.
